White Travertine Tiles for Floor and Wall
White Travertine Tiles are natural travertine tiles selected from Turkey, Italy, Iran and selected travertine quarry regions. The surface presents classic beige, ivory, cream and light honey layers with small natural pores and gentle calcite bands and classic vein-cut or cross-cut beige bands with soft clouds, light pore points and controlled natural variation. With density around 2.35 - 2.55 g/cm3, water absorption 0.60 - 1.80% and compressive strength 45 - 95 MPa, the material suits floor.
Product description
White Travertine Tiles are natural travertine tiles valued for their warm carbonate texture, practical tile processing performance and refined architectural appearance. The material is associated with Turkey, Italy, Iran and selected travertine quarry regions; blocks are chosen for classic light-beige tone and reliable tile processing. It shows classic beige, ivory, cream and light honey layers with small natural pores and gentle calcite bands, making it suitable for both calm residential interiors and hospitality projects that need a natural stone surface.
The stone body has porous natural travertine carbonate texture with fine sedimentary bedding, filled/unfilled cavities and calm linear movement. Its visual character is defined by classic vein-cut or cross-cut beige bands with soft clouds, light pore points and controlled natural variation. Because travertine is a natural sedimentary stone, each tile may show slight pore, band and tone variation; dry layout is recommended before installation.
Travertine is a calcite-rich carbonate material with natural cavities, so correct filling, sealing and neutral cleaning are important for long service life. White Travertine Tiles are recommended for floor tiles, wall cladding, bathrooms, stair tiles, hotel spaces, villas and commercial interior projects. For wet zones and exterior covered areas, penetrating sealer and suitable adhesive should be selected according to project conditions.
Category: Natural Travertine Tiles
Color: classic beige, ivory, cream and light honey layers with small natural pores and gentle calcite bands; natural sedimentary variation should be confirmed by sample and batch inspection before bulk installation.
Surface Finish Available: Honed / Polished / Brushed / Tumbled / Sandblasted / Bush-hammered / Filled / Unfilled
Product Form: Natural Travertine Tiles
Texture: porous natural travertine carbonate texture with fine sedimentary bedding, filled/unfilled cavities and calm linear movement. honed filled finish offers a refined smooth surface; brushed, tumbled and sandblasted finishes create more tactile slip-aware surfaces.
Density: 2.35 - 2.55 g/cm3 (stable compactness for architectural tile applications)
Water Absorption: 0.60 - 1.80% (sealing treatment recommended for wet areas, exterior covered use and stain-prone spaces)
Compressive Strength: 45 - 95 MPa (suitable for conventional floor and wall tile applications)
Abrasion Resistance: stable performance for interior walls, residential floors and light commercial flooring with correct sealing
GANGSAW SUITABILITY
White Travertine Tiles raw blocks are compatible with standard gangsaw processing equipment for slab and tile cutting. The material features stable carbonate bedding, natural pore distribution and practical finished-product yield. Classic vein-cut or cross-cut beige bands with soft clouds, light pore points and controlled natural variation help the finished tiles retain a recognizable natural travertine appearance after filling, calibration, edge trimming and surface finishing.
Recommended Processing: Gangsaw slabs (1.8 cm & 2 cm), followed by filling, calibration, edge trimming and honed / polished / brushed / tumbled surface treatment
Expected Slab Yield: Approximately 76-86 slabs per block (based on 1.8 cm thickness)
Polish Result: honed filled finish offers a refined smooth surface; brushed, tumbled and sandblasted finishes create more tactile slip-aware surfaces The final surface should be inspected under project lighting to confirm pore filling, tone and band consistency.
