Crema Marfil Marble Blocks, Beige Marble for Quarry Projects
Crema Marfil Marble Blocks, Beige Marble are natural marble blocks selected from selected beige marble quarry resources. The block material shows cream beige, ivory, light tan, warm grey and soft fossil or vein movement and soft beige cloudy movement with occasional veins and mineral patches. With density around 2.55 - 2.70 g/cm3, water absorption < 0.55% and compressive strength 75 - 125 MPa, it is suitable for gangsaw slab production, floor slabs, wall cladding slabs, stairs and hotel.
Product description
Crema Marfil Marble Blocks, Beige Marble are natural marble blocks prepared for quarry block trading, gangsaw slab production and architectural stone processing. The selected material is associated with selected beige marble quarry resources; blocks are chosen for warm cream tone, workable cutting behavior and stable block geometry. It presents cream beige, ivory, light tan, warm grey and soft fossil or vein movement, giving buyers a clear marble block character rather than granite, limestone, travertine, artificial stone or thin slab material.
The block body has fine-to-medium calcite marble texture with warm beige base and rough sawn block faces. Its visual layout is defined by soft beige cloudy movement with occasional veins and mineral patches. Each block should be inspected for cracks, soundness, usable cutting direction and color continuity before gangsaw production.
Marble blocks are commonly processed into slabs, tiles, stair panels, wall cladding pieces and cut-to-size project stone. Crema Marfil Marble Blocks, Beige Marble are recommended for gangsaw slab production, floor slabs, wall cladding slabs, stairs and hotel interior projects. Sealing and suitable handling are advised after slab cutting, especially for wet-zone and high-contact applications.
Category: Natural Marble Blocks
Color: cream beige, ivory, light tan, warm grey and soft fossil or vein movement; natural marble block lots may show vein, shade and quarry-face differences.
Surface Condition: Rough quarry block / sawn block faces / wire-sawn faces / irregular quarry edges
Product Form: Natural Marble Blocks
Texture: fine-to-medium calcite marble texture with warm beige base and rough sawn block faces.
Density: 2.55 - 2.70 g/cm3 (stable compactness for block handling and slab processing)
Water Absorption: < 0.55% (final slabs should be sealed according to finish and application)
Compressive Strength: 75 - 125 MPa (suitable for conventional marble block processing)
Block Processing Suitability: suitable for gangsaw cutting, trimming, resin treatment when needed, calibration and polished / honed / brushed slab finishing.
GANGSAW SUITABILITY
Crema Marfil Marble Blocks, Beige Marble raw blocks are compatible with standard gangsaw processing equipment for slab cutting. The block should be positioned according to vein direction and checked for open cracks before cutting. Stable quarry block geometry helps improve slab recovery and reduce waste during trimming.
Recommended Processing: Gangsaw slabs (1.8 cm & 2 cm), followed by resin reinforcement when required, calibration, edge trimming and honed / polished / brushed surface treatment
Expected Slab Yield: Approximately 76-86 slabs per block (based on 1.8 cm thickness)
Polish Result: The final slab surface should be inspected under project lighting to confirm color, vein visibility, filling quality and batch consistency.
