Brown Color Patagonia Marble Slabs
Distinct natural stone with blended earthy tones and scattered crystalline mineral veins. Its unique rustic texture fits feature walls, flooring and countertops for luxury villas, hotels and high-end commercial decoration.
Product description
Patagonia Marble (often commercially categorized as Patagonia Quartzite) is one of Brazil's most breathtaking and scenographic export stones — a dense, coarse-grained geological masterpiece quarried from the ancient, volcanic and metamorphic formations of South America. Its hallmark is a dramatic, patchwork mosaic of creamy beige and ivory feldspar, striking jet-black mineral veins, and luminous, semi-transparent quartz pockets that naturally transmit light, creating an art-like visual event across every slab. Formed under extreme tectonic pressure and complex magmatic cooling over millions of years, Patagonia Marble is classified among the most durable and visually prestigious natural stones commercially available, featuring supreme resistance to abrasion, heat, and structural wear. Its exceptional polish retention, dramatic contrast, and spectacular backlighting capability make it the luxury stone of choice for high-end hospitality lobbies, statement feature walls, backlit bar counters, and bespoke architectural elements worldwide.

Processing & Machinery Assessment
GANGSAW & MULTI-WIRE SAW SUITABILITY
This block has been assessed as fully compatible with specialized marble gangsaw and diamond multi-wire saw processing equipment. Standard block dimensions of L-280 cm × B-170 cm × H-150 cm fall well within the optimal processing range for high-yield slabbing. Because Patagonia Marble features a complex mineral fabric—transitioning between hard quartz crystal zones and softer feldspar masses—calibrated cutting feed speeds, adequate water lubrication, and resin mesh reinforcement are recommended during sawing to ensure smooth edge stability and maximize net slab yield.
- Recommended Processing: Multi-wire or gangsaw slabs (1.8 cm & 2 cm), followed by full surface epoxy resin treatment, net-backing reinforcement, calibration, and mirror-polishing (optimized for Backlighting and Book-matching)
- Expected Slab Yield: Approximately 75–85 slabs per block (based on 1.8 cm slab thickness)
- Finish/Polish Result: High-luster, glass-like reflective finish that highlights the stone's crystalline depth and unlocks its signature semi-translucent backlighting performance
