GANGSAW SUITABILITY
Parrot Green Quartzite raw blocks are fully compatible with standard gangsaw processing equipment. Regular quarry block dimensions fit optimal gangsaw cutting ranges. The stone owns homogeneous internal crystallization, sporadic micro-fractures along mineral vein zones and stable overall hardness. Vein distribution varies greatly among different blocks, which raises higher requirements for slab layout and brings moderate controllable processing loss. It serves as a trustworthy exotic artistic luxury quartzite for mass slab production and high-end customized architectural projects.
Recommended Processing: Gangsaw slabs (2 cm & 3 cm), followed by calibration, edge trimming and high-gloss mirror polishing
Expected Slab Yield: Approximately 84–92 slabs per block (based on 3 cm thickness)
